1About PrabashiBangla Network

2Eligibility

- The accuracy of information provided by users.

- That a buyer has the ability or intention to pay.
Users are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence and exercising reasonable caution when communicating and transacting.
6Payments
Where online payment features are facilitated, users may be responsible for the purchase price, applicable taxes, payment processing fees, and shipping charges disclosed before completing transactions. Payment processing may be provided through third-party processors. Users agree to provide accurate payment information and not use unauthorized or fraudulent payment methods.

15. Third-Party Services
Third-party links, payment gateways, and advertising have their own terms. PrabashiBangla is not responsible for external services.
16. Advertising & Promotional Content
Advertisers must ensure advertising content complies with applicable laws. Advertisements do not constitute endorsements unless expressly stated.
17. No Warranty (AS IS & AS AVAILABLE)
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrabashiBangla Network and PrimeLynx provide the platform on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrabashiBangla Network, PrimeLynx Software Development, Sarwar Consulting and Multiservices, LLC (NY), and their officers and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PrabashiBangla Network, PrimeLynx, and Sarwar Consulting and Multiservices, LLC from claims, damages, losses, and legal expenses arising from your use, content, transactions, or breach of these Terms.
20 - 28. Account Termination, Governing Law & Platform Terms
20. Account Suspension: We may suspend or terminate access for violations of terms, law, or fraud risk.
21. Reporting Violations: Users can report suspicious or prohibited listings through our platform mechanisms.
22. Changes to Platform: Features, functionality, and categories may be modified or discontinued at any time.
23. Changes to Terms: Revisions take effect upon publication. Continued use signifies acceptance.
24. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
25. Dispute Resolution: Users agree to attempt informal dispute resolution prior to formal proceedings.
26. Severability & 27. Entire Agreement: Invalid provisions will be enforced to the minimum lawful extent; remaining terms remain active.
